Coffee Shop Order for Every Mood

I would call myself a (self) certified vibe-curator. There’s nothing I love more than a theme and having everything work together so seamlessly. This goes for my daily life too. I base my outfit on how I’m feeling that day (and on the weather), I base the music I listen to on my outfit, and yes, sometimes I even base my coffee order on the vibe I’m curating that day.

I’ve been asked, “What’s your go-to coffee order?”, but I never really know how to answer. It depends on how I’m feeling, the day’s activities, the season, the weather, and (sometimes) my outfit. So, I thought I would compile a list of coffee orders for every vibe, feeling, or mood:

Hot Girl Walk
I need something easy on the stomach and refreshing enough to keep me going. This is why I’m choosing a simple, yet timeless, iced vanilla latte. I know, I know... basic. But with an iced vanilla latte, you don’t need to worry about separation, it won’t taste that bad if it gets a little

warm, and it’s light and refreshing without any complex flavors.

If I’m staring out a fogged-up window with my headphones on and laptop out, I need a cappuccino with a sprinkle of cinnamon or cocoa powder. Who doesn’t want to feel a little mysterious, cultured, and classy? Is she writing the next New York Times bestselling novel or

online shopping? The world will never know.


Anxious Girl Morning
On those mornings where it feels like you wake up in a panic, I would opt for a less-jittery drink. I’d try a cozy lavender matcha latte. Lavender is a calming plant, and paired with a soothing warm beverage and the more sustainable, healthy energy from matcha, taking on the day

doesn’t seem so bad!

Get Sh*t Done
On those days where you need a jolt of energy to kickstart your busy day, I’d pick either a brown sugar shaken espresso with cinnamon or a simple cold brew. Not too sweet - no BS. Sometimes I’ll change it up and replace the brown sugar with honey or maple syrup. Crazy, I know.

Feeling Unwell, But Here
If you feel a little down in the dumps, or even under the weather, try a cozy chai tea latte. If you need a boost, make it dirty (add espresso). Chai is soothing, lowkey, and healing for those days where just showing up is a challenge.

Pool Day
If you’re chillin’ by the pool, or beach if you’re lucky, you absolutely need a seasonal drink with tropical flair! Check out your local coffee shops for their fun, summer menus! Some of my faves are a blood orange cold brew, iced strawberry matcha, key lime pie matcha, and a honey latte.
